Youth 7-14 Years - NOTE: The Youth class is now full and are not taking new 7-14 year olds at this stage
Our youth are taught a similar syllabus from adults as they are continuing to grow and their bone structure is more fragile than that of adults. The focus at this age is self defence against bullying or abuse situations.

Adults 14 years +
The focus is on practical scenarios (based on real life situations) to allow students to experience and evaluate skills they have learnt. They are also provided with an understanding of the law in relation to self defence e.g. assault, reasonable force and excess force. Age is no barrier as our eldest student is in his sixties.

Uniform

• Beginners - loose casual clothing
• Affiliated students - school t-shirt and black martial arts pants
